​ Andy Lauk opened Andy’s Lawn Maintenance, Inc. in April 1982 while attending high school. It was challenging while satisfying at the same time. The business has grown from three (3) employees to over 40 today. Not only has the business grown our services have grown as well.

Initially we started mowing lawns however over the past 30 years we now do landscape, concrete, snow removal, landscape lighting, retaining walls, paver patio’s and in January 2011 Andy’s Lawn Maintenance, Inc. changed our name to A.L.M. Group, Inc. to incorporate more of a all encompassing business name to reflect the business practices. We have been in business for 30 years serving Medinah, Illinois and the surrounding area Townhome, Condominium Associations as well as Residential properties with our year round full service maintenance programs. A.L.M. Group, Inc. is able to custom tailor a program to meet the needs of our customers.

A.L.M. Group, Inc. takes great pride in the work that we provide our customers whether it is mowing their lawn, plowing their property or installing concrete or brick pavers. Loyalty from our customers, (our first customer is still with us) and over 30 years excellent service and dedication from our employee=s is what has made A.L.M. Group, Inc. what it is today.
